what to bring to your first consultation

You may wish to bring your partner, a relative or a friend with you to your consultation.

Please also bring:

• A referral from your general practitioner (this will enable you to obtain a Medicare rebate if you are an   Australian resident). A referral is not necessary if you are a patient based overseas.

• All previous blood tests or other investigative tests undertaken for this pregnancy

We will contact you by SMS two days before your scheduled appointment to confirm.

On the day of your appointment, please telephone our rooms an hour prior to your appointment time to confirm we are running to schedule as Dr Hartman may be called out to attend a delivery. While Dr Hartman makes every effort to ensure his antenatal appointments commence on time, attending deliveries is a priority for Dr Hartman.
